At PrintiBay, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your order doesn’t turn out the way you expected, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.


Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns, exchanges, and refund requests for the following cases:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or misprinted item.

  • The product arrived different from what you ordered.

  • The size, print, or color is noticeably incorrect due to a production error.

If any of these apply, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll fix it — free of charge.


🔄 How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at support@printibay.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.

  2. Our team will review your case within 24–48 hours.

  3. Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom-made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., you changed your mind or chose the wrong size/color).

  • Orders older than 30 days after delivery.

  • Digital downloads or gift cards.

If you’re unsure about sizing or colors, please check our Size Chart or contact us before ordering.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If your return is approved, we’ll cover all shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

  • For other cases, shipping costs may apply.
