Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply choose your favorite design, select your product, size, and color, then click “Add to Cart” and follow the checkout process.

Q: Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders begin processing quickly. Please contact us at support@printibay.com within 2 hours of purchase if you need to make changes.

Q: Are your products made to order?
A: Yes! Every item on PrintiBay is printed just for you — this helps us reduce waste and keep our designs unique.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are usually printed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location.

  • Domestic (within country): 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also check it anytime on our Order Status page.


💳 Returns & Refunds

Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
A: We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or full refund — 100% guaranteed.

Q: Can I return an item if I don’t like it?
A: Yes! If you’re not fully happy with your order, we’ll fix it for free or exchange it — that’s the PrintiBay Guarantee.
